Aiskrim Buah Kastard


Aiskrim Buah Kastard

Bahan-Bahan:
3 sudu tepung kastard
1 tin susu cair
sedikit susu pekat
1 tin buah2an campur
5 sudu gula
secubit garam

Cara:
blender tepung kastad+susu pekat+cair+gula+garam..
masukkan dalam periuk,tambahkan air setengah cawan dan masak.
kacau sentiasa.apabila telah hampir pekat, masukkan buah2an campur.
masak lagi sehingga pekat. sejukkan.

Cadangan Hidangan:
masukkan aiskrim ke dalam cawan atau mangkuk cantik...

Tambahan:
hidangan untuk 5org.

The Dangers of Vision Cookware





Vision cookware, also known as vision ware or corning vision cookware, has been an immensely popular item over the last several decades, and is seen as both collectible because of its pleasing appearance, and a great dish to use because of how easy it is to clean. They are so named because most are made with glass, hence the clear vision. While these dishes are widely admired, and still widely used, there are some very severe concerns as to the safety of using these dishes. While some people choose to ignore the possible threat (and granted, it is a small, but very serious, possibility), others refuse to use them anymore to be on the safe side. The choice is yours, but be careful.

The problem with this cookware is that it has a chance of shattering or exploding, even when it is not overheating or being misused. While the actual chance of this happening is a very small percentage, many people have been mildly, or even severely, injured because of it exploding. While less than 1% of it may actually have a defect that causes this to happen, it has happened often enough that the original manufacturer, Corning, refuses to sell it directly anymore. While some may discount this as having the sound of an urban legend, don't dismiss these stories. An online search quickly reveals Federal reports numbering in the hundreds to even thousands about various instances where the cookware cracked, or even seemed to explode.



For this reason, if you have vision cookware that is scratched, chipped, cracked, or appears damaged in any way, you should strongly consider not using it and throwing it away. What is strange is that the damage can be done hours earlier before it actually shatters. While the exact reasoning for why it is susceptible to this type of damage isn't completely understood, tests seem to indicate that the heating and cooling, heating and cooling, heating and cooling and that repetition can over time, along with, bumps, drops, whatever else, all add to stress that actually accumulates within the dish itself. At some point in some pieces the stress exceeds the strength of the glass, and the cookware shatters. This can happen while it is being used, or it can suddenly "explode" when it is sitting in a dish dryer.



This is a rare occurrence. Some people have used vision cookware for over twenty years and have never had a single incident. This may even be a more likely scenario than one in which you get injured because it shatters, but both happen. The main problem tends to be in the pots and pans since they take the most direct heat.

If you decide to ignore the dangers and use vision cookware, take all the proper precautions. Don't put a hot dish on a cold wet towel, be careful on using damaged pieces, and keep kids away from those dishes to be safe.

Ais Krim Vanila


Bahan-bahan ( Sekeluarga )

  • 2 1/2 cawan gula halus
  • 8 cawan susu cair
  • 6 biji telur (dipukul)
  • 1 tin susu pekat
  • 3 sudu teh vanila

Cara-cara

  1. Campurkan semua bahan-bahan.
  2. Pukul rata-rata.
  3. Tuangkan ke dalam kontena yang ada penutupnya.
  4. Kemudian bekukan di dalam peti ais.

Ayam Masak Tomato


Bahan-bahan ( satu family )

  • 1/2 ekor ayam
  • 3-4 sudu mkn cili kisar
  • *2 biji bwg besar
  • *3 ulas bwg putih
  • *3 biji buah keras
  • *2 biji tomato masak
  • (kisar bahan bertanda *)
  • bahan tumis:
  • 2 biji bwg merah-dimayang halus
  • 2 ulas bwg putih- dimayang halus
  • kulit kayu manis, bunga lawang, buah pelaga
  • bahan tambahan:
  • 1/2 cwn susu cair
  • 1/2 btg lobak merah- hiris halus
  • gula, garam

Cara-cara

  1. goreng ayam dan ketepikan
  2. guna minyak yg sama, buang skit jika perlu, tumiskan bahan2 tumis. biarkan sedikit garing, masukkan cili kisar dan bahan2 kisar yg lain. gaulkan, kecikkan api dan biar hingga cili masak
  3. masukkan lobak merah dan susu cair. biarkan hingga mendidih. perasakan dengan gula dan garam dan akhir sekali masukkan ayam yang telah digoreng. Biarkan seketika.

Bihun Goreng Lada Hitam


Bahan-bahan ( utk 2 org mkn )

  • 1/2 peket bihun
  • 2 ulas bwg putih- tumbuk
  • 3 ulas bwg merah
  • 1/2 sudu teh lada hitam- tumbuk
  • 1 biji telur
  • sawi
  • 2 kpg fish kek

Cara-cara

  1. rendam bihun hingga lembut. Tumis semua bahan tumbuk
  2. pecahkan telur dan biarkan ia membeku seketika sebelum dikacau hancur
  3. masukkan sawi dan sedikit air
  4. masukkan fish kek yg telah dihiris nipis. perasakan dengan garam. akhir sekali masukkan bihun dan gaul rata.

Kek Carrot


Bahan-bahan ( 1 biji kek )

  • 2 1/2 cawan parutan carrot (lebih kurang 3 batang carrot)
  • 4 biji telur
  • 1 cawan minyak sayuran
  • 1 1/2 cawan gula putih
  • 2 cawan tepung
  • 1 sudu teh soda bikarbonat
  • 1 1/2 sudu teh baking powder
  • 1 1/2 sudu teh serbuk kayu manis
  • 1 sudu teh serbuk buah pala (nutmeg)
  • 1 sudu teh vanilla
  • 1/2 sudu teh garam
  • 1 cawan kacang pecan atau walnut yang dicincang

Cara-cara

  1. Panaskan oven 185 C. Sapukan sedikit minyak pada tin kek.
  2. Campurkan tepung,baking soda, baking powder, serbuk kayu manis, serbuk nutmeg, garam dan ayak.
  3. Pukul telur dan gula sehingga sebati (tak payah pakai mesinl, pakai senduk kayu jer sebab tak payah nak pukul lama lama). Setelah sebati, masukkan minyak dan pukul lagi hingga sebati.
  4. Masukkan campuran tepung tadi sedikit demi sedikit kedalam adunan telur dan kacau sebati
  5. Masukkan vanilla, parutan carrot, dan kacang cincang. Kacau sebati, lepas tu tuang dalam tin kek, bakar lebih kurang 40 minit ke satu jam...ikut saiz tin kek jugak...tebal atau nipis kek ni. Lepas 40 minit tu test la sekali sekala, cucuk ngan lidi.
